Typical evaluations can last from 45-60 minutes and is up to the discretion of the provider.
What Is The Average Turnaround Time?
We schedule at the patient’s earliest availability that coordinates with their assigned provider. Reports are sent to referrer within 2 business days of the appointment.
Do You Accept Insurance?
We accept Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, Humana, United, and Medicare, depending on the patient’s specific plan. Our prior authorization team will verify your insurance coverage before scheduling. Any applicable co-pays will be discussed in advance of your appointment
Do You Accept Medicare & Medicaid
We do accept Medicare. We do not accept Medicaid.
